Ongoing design partner
Most brands do not need another agency. They need a small senior design team that already knows their brand, answers quickly, and can take on the everyday work that keeps a company looking like itself: email, social, print, signage, landing pages and campaigns.
That is what the retainer is for. It runs as an extension of your team, on a shared calendar, with the same designers month after month. Most requests come back in 2 to 3 business days. Larger pieces are planned ahead so nothing arrives as a surprise.
A design team that already knows your brand
-
The everyday design work that keeps a brand consistent, handled by people who know it. Email: campaign and automated flows designed in Klaviyo, Mailchimp or your platform, with templates your team can reuse. Social: post templates, launch content, stories and paid social creative, sized for every channel. Print and packaging updates: collateral, inserts, sell sheets, trade show materials and packaging revisions with print-ready files. Signage and environments: retail, clinic and event signage, from window graphics to wayfinding. Landing pages and web updates: new pages, promotions and ongoing site updates on Squarespace and Shopify, or designs handed to your developer. Campaigns: seasonal and launch campaigns carried consistently across email, social, web and print. Presentations and sales materials: investor decks, sales decks and one-pagers that look like the rest of the brand.
-
A monthly retainer sized to your volume, with two ways to work. Project by project: you send a brief, we scope it, and it goes onto the shared calendar. Good for teams with a steady but uneven flow of work. Daily extension of your team: a set number of days per week with a dedicated designer who joins your channels, attends your standups if you want, and picks up work as it comes. Good for teams that need design every day but not a full-time hire. Either way you get the same things: one point of contact, a shared portal with your brand assets and files, a calendar that shows what is in progress and what is next, and most requests back in 2 to 3 business days. Larger pieces such as campaigns, packaging updates or new site sections are planned a few weeks ahead. You can move between the two levels as your needs change, and there is no long-term lock-in.

Most of our longest relationships run this way. SMP Pharmacy Solutions: ongoing web, print and patient communications for a specialty fertility pharmacy, where clarity and warmth matter at a stressful moment. BELLAME: product launches, social and sales materials for a fast-growing beauty brand, keeping the system consistent as the catalog expanded. One Love Organics: packaging, email and campaign design for a clean skincare brand with a strong point of view. RéVive Skincare: digital, email and retail touchpoints for a prestige skincare brand that has to feel refined and credible every time. Clients often describe us as an extension of their team. That is the goal: a design partner who knows the brand as well as you do and is easy to reach when you need them.
How It Works
How It Works
Step 1:
Consultation call
A free 30-minute call to understand your brand, where it is headed and what is getting in the way. No pitch, just questions.
Step 2:
Onboarding
We set you up in a shared portal, gather your existing assets and agree on how we will work together. Most clients are onboarded within a week.
Step 3:
Trial project
We start with something small and real: a campaign, a landing page, a piece of the strategy. You see how we think before you commit to more.
Step 4:
Ongoing partnership
From there, we scale to whatever your brand needs, from a full strategy engagement to a standing retainer. Many of our clients have worked with us for years.
